From 1st April 2019 Gabapentin and Pregabalin will be classed as controlled drugs. This means that prescriptions for these medications can only be collected from reception with proof of photo ID.

They can no longer be sent to your chemist.  Please bear this in mind when ordering your repeat prescriptions.

Pharmacists must dispense the drugs within 28 days of the prescription being written.

If you have any questions please speak to the Reception Manager.

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
