From 1st April 2019 Gabapentin and Pregabalin will be classed as controlled drugs. This means that prescriptions for these medications can only be collected from reception with proof of photo ID.

They can no longer be sent to your chemist.  Please bear this in mind when ordering your repeat prescriptions.

Pharmacists must dispense the drugs within 28 days of the prescription being written.

Patient Forum

The patient forum seeks to obtain the views of patients, users and carers about the services which we are offer at Gosforth Memorial Medical Centre. We are currently looking for volunteers for the Forum. Volunteers will be encouraged to meet at least four times a year. For more information, ask at reception.
